Sacramento Gives Fleet Of Free Kia Souls To Public Housing Residents

No costs for maintenance, fuel, or insurance:

Residents at three public housing areas now have a mini-fleet of free Zipcars to make their way around Sacramento.

On Friday, Sacramento launched a pilot program that put eight shared electric Kia Souls at public housing sites. Up to 300 residents can apply for on-demand access to the vehicles, with no charge for maintenance, insurance or juicing up the battery.

The program is funded through a $1.3 million grant from the California Air Resources Board using cap-and-trade funds that businesses pay to offset their carbon emissions.

Local leaders said it will provide green transportation options to disadvantaged areas where even simple tasks like getting groceries can be a challenge.

“Not having a car … it can be a real strain to get places safely,” said Thomas Hall, spokesman for the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District, which is running the program in partnership with car-share company Zipcar and other governmental agencies.

There was a time when it was believed you had to pay for your own healthcare. Back then the amygdala at the thought of being forced to pay for other people’s healthcare overrode the fear of healthcare being denied to people. Now, the left has managed to create an environment where they can argue everyone has a right to free healthcare, paid for by others. That is a big change.

So it seems crazy to argue that everyone should have a government supplied car, but notice they are laying the groundwork. People need cars, it is difficult if you don’t have one, it is unsafe if you don’t have one, and so on and so on. They are trying to weigh the idea of being carless with enough amygdala to over-ride the sense of unfairness at the thought of everyone else having to pay for free cars. It is a formula.

Because resources are free enough that people have what they need now, the amygdala on the side of having to pay for these things is diminished. That is causing brains to be conditionable with these collectivist ideals. You can fight this, if you understand how to weight amygdala on the side of the issue that is important to you. But ultimately it will require a period of shortage to really reprogram brains with a revulsion at the idea of the individual’s earned resources being taken from them and given to others for no reason other than some snowflake wants to feel like they are generous and kind, and they want to use other people’s money to do it.

North Carolina House Passes Bill Allowing Driving Over Protestors

K-selected attitudes picking up steam:

A new bill has just passed the NC House that would allow North Carolina drivers to legally hit protesters who are blocking the road without being sued, as long as they “exercise due care.”

North Carolina House Bill 330 was passed by a 67-48 vote.

It was introduced by Republican Justin Burr and “provides that a person driving an automobile while exercising due care is immune for civil liability for any injury to another if the injured person was participating in a demonstration or protest and blocking traffic.”

“As we’ve seen, time and time again, as folks run out in the middle of the streets and the interstates in Charlotte and attempt to block traffic,” Burr said. The Republican commented that he wants to ensure that “drivers don’t have to fear driving through Charlotte or anywhere in North Carolina.”

So you need to exercise due care when driving over protestors. Personally, I’d make sure I had a good reinforced pushbar on the front of my truck, and sufficient clearance to not hang up on the bodies of any blacklivesmatters protestors or Antifa snowflakes.

Look at how societal attitudes are changing though, and we aren’t even near the Great Depression-era type of shortage which awaits us. Imagine when the dopamine is really pulled, and the violence rises all around us. There was a time when criminals were hunted down by ad-hoc groups of deputized citizens, and when they were caught they got a quick drop from a short rope on the spot.

Never think those attitudes or psychologies are gone for good. They are just a quick shift of the environment away from coming back.

And that shift in the environment is on the way.

Migrants Are r-strategists – Somalis Flee America

The game continues:

Foreign refugees are continuing to flee the U.S. to Canada through the open, U.S.-Canadian Border. In a report by NBC News, foreign refugees are passing through the U.S. to Canada, specifically a small border town of less than 700 people known as Emerson.

The vast majority of the refugees are of Somali descent who were originally placed in the U.S. Other refugees passing through the northern border are from Nigeria, Eritrea, and Djibouti.

According to NBC, since January, more than 300 foreign refugees have crossed the U.S. border into Emerson.

As Evopsych asserted, when K-selection begins, r-strategists evolved to flee to a land of new resources, until that land begins to become more K, at which point they pick up and flee again. Here the Canadians have the misfortune of high resource availability, generous welfare, their own kind of bacon, and extreme politeness.

When the real K-selection hits, the biggest K-stimuli in America may be gun ownership mixed with “diversity.” If r-strategists have a choice, I would expect them to flee any land filled with guns, violent street gangs, lots of different groups, and all the violence that will produce under conditions of extreme hardship.

Again, leftists demand diversity. But when the SHTF, that diversity will probably contribute to the very violence that will produce such an extreme K-ification of the nation that r could be a century returning to its present level.

Nothing produces K like unfettered r.

Hispanic Support For Trump Increases

Counter-intuitive:

In its latest survey, Zogby Analytics said that Hispanic support has hit 45 percent, two points higher than the president’s generic approval.

That is 55 percent higher than the total Latino vote for Trump in the election. He won just 29 percent.

“The biggest surprise in this new poll is Trump’s approval among Hispanic voters, which is at 45 percent approval/51 percent disapproval. In February the numbers were less among Hispanics at 39 percent approval/53 percent disapproval,” said Zogby.

I would assume there are three factors at play. First, the real leftist Hispanic-identifying rabbits are going underground. Everyone is in-grouping, it is producing a threat stimulus, and the response of these rabbits is to hide, or align with the larger group to avoid conflict. They are still rabbits, but they aren’t going to be dying on any hill.

Second is a genuine K-ifying of others. Maybe they were rabbits whose amygdalae are seeking relief and finding it in supporting Trump. Maybe their amygdalae are genuinely developing in the face of threat and shortage and now they are in-grouping with America more. Either way their brain operation is actually turning K, and they are expressing the K-psychology, probably for reasons even they are blind to.

The third factor is probably minor, but it is possible some have either been deported, or self-deported in the face of a hostile, K-selected environment.

Either way, it is a good example of how an aggressive K-selected policy position can produce a K-ification of a populace, both real and feigned, and that can improve electoral prospects, even when your policy position is ostensibly hostile to the targeted population.

As always, the establishment cuckservatives had no idea what they were talking about. Had President Trump tried to appease them, he would only have seen his approval drop as a contemptuous group of rabbits disparaged him gleefully and mocked his stupidity while freely availing themselves of his generosity.

As Hoffer wrote, leftists are the people who bite the hand that feeds them and lick the boot the boot that kicks them. If you are a K-strategist, support the right and kick the left as hard as you can. Do it enough and by the end, everyone will support you.

Liberal Snowflakes Freak Out Over A Glue Gun

Doesn’t take much to turn a startle into a stampede:

Colgate University went on lockdown and students were ordered to shelter in place for four hours Monday night while police investigated reports of a gunman on the upstate New York campus. But the “threat” turned out to be a student using a glue gun for an art project.

The campus lockdown occurred after reports that someone had “entered the O’Connor Campus Center while carrying what witnesses believed was a weapon,” said a statement from university spokesman Daniel DeVries…

But some Colgate students expressed concerns about suspected overreactions to the incident on their campus because the student with the glue gun is African-American.

As police scoured buildings at Colgate, a university of 2,900 undergraduates located in Hamilton about 40 miles from Syracuse, students said rumors spread that there were two gunmen, and one had committed suicide — none of which was true.

Again, amygdalae that do not discriminate well, and as a result they see one thing and misidentify another. You don’t even have to ask if the person who made the discrimination error would hate President Donald Trump. Your brain doesn’t need to consciously understand amygdala, or r or K. It instinctively would know that the misreporting of a glue gun and extreme rabbitism would go hand in hand.

It would also make a fairly good guess as to whether the student in question had a long history of confronting hardship and shortage, or whether they had an easy life spent protected with free resources, as well as how well they would have functioned in each environment.

Germany Massively Restricts Privacy Rights

This is happening all over:

A draft law released by the German union for data protection (DVD) this week revealed that the interior ministry was proposing to drastically limit the powers of Germany’s data protection authorities, banning them from investigating suspected breaches of people’s medical and legal records.

As well as expanding video surveillance with facial recognition software, the bill would limit the government’s own data protection commissioners to checking that the technical prerequisites are in place to ensure that doctors’ and lawyers’ files are secure, but it stops them from following up when citizens report concerns that their data has been leaked.

The bill would also shut down citizens’ right to know what data is being collected about them – even by private firms, if releasing that information would “seriously endanger” a company’s “business purposes,” the SZ quoted the draft as saying. Thilo Weichert, former data protection commissioner for the state of Schleswig-Holstein and now DVD board member, condemned de Maiziere’s plans as a “massive” erosion of privacy in Germany…

Perhaps most contentiously, the draft allows the government to deny people the basic right to know what personal data is being collected if “the release of the data endangers public safety and order, or disadvantages the well-being of the country, or the state in another way.”

My guess is they have identified areas that are vital in a collapse scenario – areas around financial centers, government centers, home neighborhoods of the elites, and infrastructure of importance, and everyone in those areas is getting a general profile detailing political engagement, ideology, confrontationalism/aggression, passivity, finances, attitude toward government, personality, maybe even how much they have to lose. If you are an aggressive right winger who hates government, your finances are a wreck, and you have a terminal diagnosis giving you three months to live, they want to know before the shit goes down and you go into high amygdala.

More and more I think the machine sees a worse Apocalypse coming than even I do. Then again, when the Apocalypse hits, I’m not going to be the one getting blamed for it. Maybe if I was, I would see things as a lot worse than I already do.

DNA Tests Can Sell Your Data

It seems like such a good idea to find out your ancestry:

“A simple test can reveal an estimate of your ethnic mix,” says the announcer in an Ancestry DNA web video. The graphic on the screen shows a percentage breakdown of ethnicities. “Like if you’re Irish or Scandinavian, or both,” the announcer explains.

For the Guernseys, the test was supposed to be fun. But their curiosity twisted to suspicion when they read the fine print. To proceed, they would have to give Ancestry a “perpetual, royalty-free worldwide transferable license” to use their DNA. Guernsey was shocked.

“That entire phrase: ‘perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable,’ it sounds like they have left it open to do anything they want with it,” Guernsey said.

Larry was concerned that the “transferrable license” could put his family’s DNA in the hands of an insurance company — that could later deny health coverage. “You could get into some really weird science fiction scenarios,” he said…

If that’s the case, why do ancestry and other companies like it require a DNA license to join? Money.

Greely says medical researchers and pharmaceutical companies routinely need DNA data to develop new products. Companies that have big DNA databases, like Ancestry, sell it to them. “Some of them get a fair amount of their revenue by selling the analysis of your DNA,” Greely said…

Ancestry’s website currently tells users they have a choice to later “delete your DNA test results” or “destroy your physical DNA saliva sample.” Ancestry also says it stores users’ “DNA sample without your name.” Those statements are posted to its privacy page. However, they’re not in the contract you sign…

Professor Greely noted that DNA tests for genealogy are fairly cheap right now. Perhaps there’s a reason for that. The low price consumers pay today might be subsidized by the future sale of their DNA data.

I would be surprised if all of this didn’t end up in the government at some point. Already there was a case of police submitting a sample from a crime scene, being told there was a familial match in the database, and then subpoenaing the records to locate a suspect. Normally I would have no problem with that, but given how hostile the upper levels of government view the non-establishment, and the fact we are heading into the kind of chaos which accompanies a collapse, there is no telling what the future might hold.

Could your DNA sample be amped up, added to some blood plasma, and sprayed at a crime scene one day? Could your test results be swapped into a database of outstanding unknown suspects in criminal cases? Anything is possible today.

I will opt out of the database, if you don’t mind.

Impregnated Female Rabbit Looks For Free Resources

A court in Munich has ruled that the hotel in eastern Germany was under no obligation to divulge the identity of a man who may have impregnated a German woman during a three-night love affair…

The case was further complicated by the fact that four men stayed at the hotel during the period in question who had the first name of Michael.

The only other information the woman knew was that the room they stayed in was on the second floor, according to a court statement…

Since the woman could not describe the man in detail, it was impossible for the hotel to identify just one man…

Judges said the man has the right to control his own personal data, along with the right to protect his family and marriage, according to the statement. Those rights took precedence over her right to child maintenance payments, the court added.

Either her amygdala is so addled it failed to flag a single distinguishing characteristic about him, or she ran into a Mexican Luchadore on vacation, and those guys really never remove their wrestling masks – ever.

So she slept with him for three days, but didn’t know his name and could not even describe him. And now she wants to go to government, so he will have to send her a check every month for the cost of her pregnancy.

Promiscuous mating, expectation of free resources, and no loyalty – to the guy or the child who will now grow up impoverished and fatherless. Any maybe a little need for the additional stimulation provided by sleeping with an anonymous guy in a scary Mexican wrestling mask.

This is the rabbity world of peak r-selection. Is it any wonder Germany is overrun with violent Muslim migrants?

EU Orders Border Checkpoints Scrapped

It is all part of a plan:

Bureaucrats should not go about making orders they cannot enforce. It serves no purpose other than to make the bureaucrats look ridiculous. Here is a case in point: Brussels Orders EU Countries to SCRAP Internal Checks Within Six Months.

“In an announcement tonight, eurocrats said there was no justification for keeping police checkpoints at frontiers within the bloc and said they must be removed by the end of the year.

The diktat means that Austria, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway will all have to swiftly find alternative ways to police irregular movements of people across their borders.

France, which has had checkpoints in place at its borders since the November 2015 terror attacks, is the only country to be exempted as it is still in a state of emergency.

Announcing the measure tonight, the EU’s migration chief Dimitris Avramopoulos said the time had come to “return to a normal functioning of the Schengen area”.”

It is not even clear why the EU should care. If a legitimate resident wanted to travel across any of these borders, they can with no problem.

The only reason the rabbits want these borders opened is so the migrants can illegally disperse themselves, and create problems equally among nations.

This is a rabbit plan to take out the K-strategists of their nations by diffusing savages among them. It is an open stab at getting the decent people of Europe killed, replacing them with low IQ savages the rabbits think they will be better able to manage and rule.

The one catch in their plan is the onset of K-selection causing nations to perceive the threat. This causes them to compete by trying to prevent other nations from foisting their Low IQ savage problems on everyone else. That competition, where smart nations succeed and dumb ones fail, is exactly the type of K-selection the rabbits are programmed to hate.

They hate it, because it is how the K-strategists win.

Rush Confronts Pence Over Budget Deal

Rush feels the budget bill is a bad deal:

In a Tuesday interview with Vice President Mike Pence, conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh criticized the $1 trillion bipartisan budget deal reached by Congress on Sunday, asking Pence, “what is the point of voting Republican if the Democrats are gonna continue to win practically 95% of their objectives?”

Limbaugh joined a chorus of prominent conservative media personalities in attacking the budget, which they argue is a giveaway to Democrats.

Pence defended the bill, which will fund the federal government for the next five months, calling it a “clear win for the American people” that delivers on President Donald Trump’s top priority, defense spending.

“The number one priority of President Trump is to rebuild our military, to restore the arsenal of democracy,” Pence said. “And I gotta tell you, to get Democrats in Washington, DC to agree to a $21 billion increase in a short-term budget bill … it’s no small accomplishment.”

Pence added that the budget includes the biggest increase in border security funding in a decade and a “down payment on a border wall.”

There are certain realities which are not going to change. The economic system is going to collapse. If you build an economic boom off of a credit expansion, you are leveraging the future to produce a boom in the present. Given the size and the extent of the boom, and the psychological deterioration that precludes the will to do anything about it, the collapse is practically a given.

If I were President Trump I would view my job as managing the landing. To that end, I think you would need a strong Armed Forces, since war normally follows economic contraction. I would also see securing the border as vital, to keep disease and crime at bay to the south when the havoc began. Diminishing the size and intrusiveness of regulatory government and extraneous offices would also be important, so when the collapse hits there is not an additional shock of massive government layoffs. Finally, maintaining, or even expanding private ownership of firearms would also be vital, so the overwhelmingly good populace can keep the criminality at bay.

If I were President Trump, and I were able to do all that, I would have no problem maintaining spending at present levels. I might even increase it, so as to make sure the crash happened toward the end of my term – and to make sure that when it hit it was a doozy, which would force a hard K-reset and eliminate the r-selected environment the rabbits need to perpetuate their treason.

The collapse is coming. All we can hope for is to come out of it in one piece. Everything else is meaningless by comparison.
