Residents of Washington, D.C., and 19 other nearby metropolitan jurisdictions will receive test text notifications next week as part of an automatic National Wireless Emergency Alerts System test.
The system allows government officials to send emergency alerts to specific geographic areas on cellphones or other mobile devices.
People in the 20 participating jurisdictions will receive the following message on Thursday, April 5: “A test of the District of Columbia Wireless Emergency Alerts System. No action required.” The alert is expected to be accompanied by a loud noise as it displays the message.
Another article had said it will focus around Northern Virginia especially.
I cannot remember another time when there were these many stories about these types of tests.
It would, obviously fit with Q-anon’s postings. But even if Q were not in the picture, It could indicate that the machine may have some sort of intelligence indicating that the end is nigh, and something is not far off.
If it is Q, you wonder that might happen that they think they will have to warn people and give them instructions. A Nuke smuggled into DC covertly? Some sort of dirty bomb, or chemical attack on critical intel infrastructure? Assassinations of key intel white hats maybe even ending with assassins on foot running and gunning to get away? Or just general unrest when Obama, Hillary, and the entire Democratic Party is arrested by the US Military, and shipped off to Guantanamo?
IMO the latter is much more likely. Q has dropped crumbs suggesting a 10 day ‘black out’ which led some Anons to speculate about the internet going dark and media being prevented from reporting on arrests etc. The Emergency Broadcast System has also been raised as a means to communicate, so I assume that these tests are in preparation for that.
I’ve heard several strange EBS “tests” on the radio station at work. First, I’ve heard two in the last 2-3 weeks, which is a bit too often (also, this is one hour, at different times of the day in a 24-hour period, so could have been more). The first was so strange the radio DJ had to reassure listeners it was a test. The second, the music slowed way down like you were physically holding back a vinyl for about 15 seconds before the EBS warning stuff went on.
I’ve heard a lot of these tests in my life and these two stuck out. Food for thought.

Why would the Deep State care if the average person was notified about a catastrophe? It seems that they want most people to die.
Maybe there is no catastrophe coming but they do want to create panic so they can have martial law…
True. It could be because Trump fears the Cabal will release a catastrophe on their way out the door to cover their escape, and Trump wants to be able to communicate with people to save them.
