How Bad Is It In Mexico?

Police say a man bit the ear off another man in Pittsburgh as they argued about President Donald Trump.

Victim Marco Ortiz, 30, was bitten at his apartment at around 6:45 a.m. Monday in the city’s East Liberty neighborhood after a verbal argument turned physical. He ran to a gas station for help.

According to Ortiz, the roommate bit off part of his ear, twisted his finger and threatened to kill him. Not because of anything Ortiz did, but because his roommate feared that Trump will try to send him back to Mexico.

Imagine how awful it must be in Mexico. You simply mention that someone is going to be deported back there, and they immediately grow so upset they take off the nearest ear, which happens to be yours. I suppose if the country has a significant number of characters like this, I’d freak out about being sent there as well.

Notice also the amygdala-dysfunction in this migrant. The subject exhibits both uncontrollable rage due to inability to work to a solution that relieves the amygdala, and poor threat recognition, since eating another man’s ear probably moves him up to the front of the line of immigrants to be deported.
