The numbers read this way:
6,540 people voted using out-of-state licenses
As of Aug. 30, 1014, about 15 percent had been issued N.H. driver’s licenses.
Of the remaining 5,526, only 3.3 percent had registered a motor vehicle in New Hampshire.
Over 80 percent, 5,313, who used non-N.H. driver’s licenses, had neither a state licenses nor had registered a motor vehicle.
There are 196 people today who are being investigated for voting illegally both in New Hampshire and in other states.
Hillary Clinton defeated Donald Trump in News Hampshire by 2,736 votes.
That is not a lot of votes. I find this chilling, because suppose Homeland Security Intelligence Division was being run by an Obama acolyte, who organized the hiring of other Obama acolytes to pack the agency, hijack domestic intel, and track the right. Suppose they decided to organize this intervention, to keep Trump out of office, and protect their leftist fiefdom. They would have the manpower, knowledge, and ballsiness to pull it off.
Nobody would know, and nothing would ever come of it. It would look kind of like the way we all know this is going to turn out.
I don’t make predictions often, but I will predict the United States will spend some time as a relatively openly acknowledged dictatorship/oligarchy at some point in the next two to three decades. It may not be completely official, but a majority will know beyond any shadow of a doubt that the supposed Constitutional government is merely Kabuki theater, and there are forces behind the scenes running the show who nobody controls. I can already see the amygdalae of everyone involved, from citizens to government, easing their tolerances toward that end state.
It will probably not last long. I would assume it will coincide with the collapse, and in short order the federal system will go down in a soviet-style collapse, replaced by individual state governments, and a hatred of the federal government that will prevent its recreation. There will probably be amygdala left over to focus on anyone who supported big government.
The bottom line is nobody is going to want what the government is, once it is revealed. And if we are learning anything, it is that the masses of iconoclasts who populate the internet are totally uncontrollable.

It makes sense. NH is the target of the Free State Project. They plan on getting 20,000 libertarians to move there so they can have a mostly libertarian state. Some have already moved there, but it is questionable whether or not they are doing themselves any favors- some of their antics tend to piss off the locals.
So, since there are already some democrats living there, I could see only 5000 working to swing the election.
