School Computers Are Spying On Students

Everybody is looking over your shoulder these days, and taking notes:

A new report finds that, under the guise of “personalized learning,” school-issued computer devices — now distributed to one-third of K-12 students in schools across the United States — are serving to collect and store an unprecedented amount of personal data on children without their parents’ notice or consent. A newly released investigation by Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) reveals student use of technology in school has grown at a profound rate, especially with free or low-fee devices issued by schools.

All their emails, text messages, passwords, accounts, searches, and internet histories as kids, frozen in time for all of time. There was one case where school officials were turning on the cameras and watching what kids were doing in their rooms, in the privacy of their homes.

I will bet that data is being scooped up and stored somewhere official. More and more I am convinced if there is a comprehensive record about who people are, it is too valuable to just be left on a shelf somewhere. There are people out there looking to get their hands on it.

One of the nice aspects of a world with privacy, where your past drifts into the ether and disappears with time, is the opportunity for growth throughout life. You can be an asshole as a kid, change, and the lasting permutation of “you” in the world can improve with time and experience. But today, between facebook, Twitter, government surveillance, private sector surveillance, and so on, kids will more and more be trapped by their past, and permanently attached to it.

You have to wonder if it will produce a sense of shamelessness in the population. Once you adjust to being known for stealing an apple in the third grade, then you steal packs of gum in middle school, and then you steal computers from school in high school – and you don’t care about what it says about you, because the gum thief was already an apple thief, and the computer thief was already a gum thief.

Given the pervasiveness of it, everyone’s record is exactly the same – trapped shamelessly at the level of assholishness, and with all the mistakes they made at 6, 10, and 13 years old. Redditors laughing at the massive levels of highly perverted and twisted personal porn consumption the NSA must have accrued in all of their files now may become different people than they might have been if they had privacy.

You wonder what will happen when everyone exhibits that phenomenon, freezing their sense of moral identity at age five or six, and never even trying to change.

Leftism Is About The Denial Of Truth

They are the People of the Lie, serving the father of lies. All you have to do is construct a machine that is designed to filter out truth, and watch their reaction to it:

An artificial intelligence tool that has revolutionised the ability of computers to interpret everyday language has been shown to exhibit striking gender and racial biases…

However, as machines are getting closer to acquiring human-like language abilities, they are also absorbing the deeply ingrained biases concealed within the patterns of language use, the latest research reveals…

But Bryson warned that AI has the potential to reinforce existing biases because, unlike humans, algorithms may be unequipped to consciously counteract learned biases. “A danger would be if you had an AI system that didn’t have an explicit part that was driven by moral ideas, that would be bad,” she said…

The words “female” and “woman” were more closely associated with arts and humanities occupations and with the home, while “male” and “man” were closer to maths and engineering professions.

And the AI system was more likely to associate European American names with pleasant words such as “gift” or “happy”, while African American names were more commonly associated with unpleasant words…

Sandra Wachter, a researcher in data ethics and algorithms at the University of Oxford, said: “The world is biased, the historical data is biased, hence it is not surprising that we receive biased results…”

However, Wachter said the question of how to eliminate inappropriate bias from algorithms designed to understand language, without stripping away their powers of interpretation, would be challenging.

“We can, in principle, build systems that detect biased decision-making, and then act on it,” said Wachter, who along with others has called for an AI watchdog to be established. “This is a very complicated task, but it is a responsibility that we as society should not shy away from.”

This one didn’t even require 4Chan to try and program it this way purposely. It is funny that given enough exposure to reality, these AIs end up like Chan-programmed bots anyway.

It is not just words that can program like this though. Load images of Western civilization, and pictures of Africa. One will have happy people living in freedom, the other will feature mass mobs with machetes chasing people and eating BBQ/d human legs (literally). And that ignores crime statistics, IQ stats, sex assault stats, news stories about migrants, and on and on.

Check out leftism throughout history, and see if the association with mass graves and mass murder affect the computer’s algorithms.

Leftism is fundamentally about denying the true K-selected nature of the world. Where K-selection demands discrimination in group associations, recognition of threat, and caution in approaches of others, r-selected leftism demands a blindness to all of that reality. If resources are free, that programming is actually advantageous, since free resources makes fighting, and anything prone to produce it like judgementalism, highly disadvantageous.

Sadly for the left, we live in a world that is K more often than not, and even the impersonal machines, with no bias or axe to grind, see it as clearly as day.

She appeared to wear “sap” gloves with lead powder in the knuckles to the protest. She reportedly has a criminal history for theft, which is indicative of an expectation of free resources. And she gained her infamy be being punched by a guy while trying to hit a Trump supporter in the head with a bottle:

Leftism is a reproductive strategy. This is a complete operating system for the brain, that spontaneously self-installs in response to specific environmental stimuli. Change the stimuli, and the brain will spontaneously self-remodel to exhibit the opposite operating system. I am always amazed at how perfectly humans adapt to their environment.

You have to wonder what happened that put her amygdala on that path. Could she have become infected with a parasite like T.gondii? Might any sexually transmitted viruses have evolved to travel through the blood and infect the amygdala as a way to trigger the r-strategy and enhance their spread? Did she try drugs, and the dopamine agonism triggered amygdala atrophy and a subsequent slide into r? Was it genetic or epigenetic, given the split of her parents? Did one of Mom’s boyfriends take liberties, and overwhelm the amygdala too early? Or is she just an empty-headed girl who fell for the wrong guy and got led into this?

I wish r/K would produce a study of cases like this someday, because to look at those first pictures, filled with the potential for lifelong joy, and then see what she became would seem to highlight a big problem in need of a solution. Hopefully she will find God, reject her current path, and make the 180 many make when they realize there is so much more out there to the world.

Until then we should make a note that there is much practical research into r/K that needs to be done.

Political Civil War Approaches

Last week Trump supporters and leftist social justice warriors met on the political field of battle in Berkeley, California. Words were exchanged, as were punches. And while an alt-right leader was punched in the face, by all accounts even the social justice warriors admit that they got a major beat-down.

This prompted a reddit discussion among the left’s tolerant resistance movement, with many asking how they can more effectively go to war against anyone who disagrees with their social, political, and economic views.

The anti-Trump protesters at the rally were ill-prepared for what they came to Berkeley to confront and now they are trying to figure out ways to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

In short, as predicted, they are turning to militancy and mob action by mobilizing individuals and groups to attend combat training seminars, acquiring better equipment like baseball bats and helmets, and of course, if things really go bad… guns.

Yes, we seemed to have lost today. The alt-right held their ground. If we wanna take action against them, we need to be better organized and better trained. It doesn’t help that it’s only the far left opposing them, any trump supporter can be radicalized far easier than any liberal…

We also need better equipment, I know the bandanna and hoodie look is our trade mark, but I saw the right wearing motorcycle helmets, and baseball helmets. A dude wearing a helmet is going to keep going if he get punched, our guys are going down.

One dude was wearing a Spartan helmet, so things are heating up.

Berkeley Police were seen sitting in Police cars, and not getting involved. When asked why, one officer said, “Ask our Police Chief.” Clearly the Police Chief is waiting until people get killed, and hoping those people will be conservatives. But we are not yet into the place where the police will be free to do as they please, because the politicians will fear them.

This is amygdala building up, and it is heading to murder. My assumption is the leftists will use IEDs, rather than actually fire a gun. A pipe bomb is less face to face, and can be dropped in a crowd on a delay. When Hippies wanted to kill cops in the sixties, they used bombs. It doesn’t require skill, discipline, or calm nerves while facing your enemy.

But a gun is not impossible either. I’d think it would be a small, easily concealable, quieter piece, maybe .22, .25, or .380. If you are partaking of this, a little Kevlar under your MAGA T-shirt might not be a bad idea. Alternately a backpack with some Kevlar in it will not impede motion as much, and it will allow a safer exit from any scene.

I do not see how the left goes from this back to the moderate democrats that saw JFK’s patriotic rhetoric as their ideal candidate. We are all diverging, and it is happening faster and faster.

It would seem it is a fairly straight line from this to Apocalypse.

Europe Prepares For A Migrant Tsunami Of 3 Million, Courtesy Of Turkey

EUROPE is preparing for another migrant crisis over fears Turkey’s newly empowered President Erdogan will turn his back on the nation’s long-awaited EU membership.

In such an event, Europe will be stuck with 3 million more migrants, which is highly likely, as the agreement Erdogan made to take them in “during the height of the migrant crisis” is looking increasingly like a dead letter. Back in November, Erdogan threatened to “open the gates for migrants to enter Europe” if the EU “blocked membership talks.”

Erdogan’s aspirations to rule the Islamic world have taken Turkey down an anti-democratic, anti-secularist path toward rapid Islamization. Erdogan has even been appealing to the next generation by launching “a Sunni-Islamist revival in Turkish schools,” even though he has declared that he is above such sectarian concerns, stating: “My religion is not that of the Sunnis, of Shiites. My religion is Islam.”

They will all either have to go back, or they will have to be killed. That is just how it is going to work out once the Apocalypse hits.

The funniest thing is to watch a European travel show on PBS, featuring coastal locations. All of these old European coastal towns had all sorts of defenses built right in, the likes of which nobody would ever even try to build today. Some had giant walls that plunged down into the sea to keep ships from landing. Others had huge walled castles on hilltops, designed to funnel all approachers into narrow paths that formed tight kill zones which could be showered with arrows or hot flaming oil from castle walls. One town down by a beach even had giant stone towers throughout the town, so when raiders arrived everyone would grab the valuables they could carry and head for the nearest tower. Once everyone was inside, they would bar the door and head to the upper windows to poke their heads out and wait for the raiders to leave. They said villagers would shout insults down at the raiders until they left.

Today, the fortifications are just tourist attractions. Not only do today’s European leaders lack the desire to keep migrants out, today the elites actively want to import more foreigners.

Looks like before things are over, they will get their wishes in spades – and learn why old Europe was so defensive.

This is the Apocalypse.

Russia Threatens The US With Bombers

Cold War II begins?:

Two Russian TU-95 Bear bombers were intercepted in international airspace off the coast of Alaska by two US F-22 Raptor fighter aircraft on Monday, the Pentagon confirmed to CNN.

The intercept, which was described by a US military official as safe and professional, took place about 100 miles from Kodiak Island after the Russian aircraft flew into the Alaskan Air Defense Identification Zone.

Then there was this:

Russian state television has no doubt who is unpredictable enough to bring the world to war in the North Korean crisis, and it’s not the reclusive communist dictator Kim Jong-Un.

According to Dmitry Kiselyov, the Kremlin’s top TV mouthpiece, the riskiest is Donald Trump, the man Russian officials and propagandists hailed just a few weeks ago as just the kind of leader the world needed.

In the latest sign of the Kremlin’s abrupt about-face on its erstwhile American hero, Kiselyov pronounced Trump “more dangerous” than his North Korean counterpart.

One thing I had noticed was that the US began a severe decline into hyper rabbitry when the Soviet Union collapsed. When the US had an enemy – an “Evil Empire” looming over our nation, it seemed to provide some deeply needed subconscious stimulus. It stimulated the amygdala with deep reverberations of ominous threat. I think men need some enemy that threatens their groups, almost to give their lives meaning.

Such a threat motivates, unites, focuses, and gives purpose. It is an amygdala exercise which triggers all the positive behaviors we associate with K-selection.

President Trump opened a back channel communications pathway to President Putin through Erik Prince. It would be funny if President Trump, master of psychology and cognitive neuroscience, made a deal with President Putin to play the roles of enemies on the world stage. We will bomb allies of Russia (after warning them so they can pull their people and nobody gets hurt), and probably at some point Russia will attack an ally of ours (after covertly warning us so we can get our people out). Soon the world will once again appear as a chessboard, as the two global superpowers face off for world domination.

As President Putin and Trump restart the Cold War, both Russians and Americans would re-ingroup around their nations, become driven to see their side win, and begin to focus on the important things that hold nations together – adherence to group-norms, adherence to morality, and a drive to contribute and make our nations great again. Differences between Americans would fade, as we joined together in the face of a common enemy, and Russians would become even more united as a people and more K as they sought to defeat the aggressive Americans.

I have no idea if this is what we are seeing, but I would not be surprised if in eight years the Russians are pointing to America as a global bully, and Americans are pointing to Russia as the evil empire again. It would be brilliant persuasion, as President Trump and President Putin secretly congratulate each other on their brilliant leadership of their people, and how each has made their nation even greater than it has ever been.

Hopefully if they do follow this path, they will take measures to make sure that if some neocon cucks or similar leftist psychopaths get in office someday in the future, they cannot exploit the situation to create the global war the cucks want to use to kill all our warriors and eliminate the K-strategy in America. We just dodged that bullet with Hillary, and we have heard the Establishment Cucks whine, so we know the DC establishment is looking for that.

It is a brilliant strategy, but not without risk.

Sharyl Attkisson Seeks Her FBI File And Puts Up A Surveillance Timeline

Sharyl Tweets out that the FBI is Stonewalling her:

Why withhold my entire @FBI file with no explanation (as required by law)? What on earth is in there?

I will bet money that nothing of interest is in there, and FBI was uninvolved in whatever operation targeted her. At most, what might be in there is FBI surveillance incidentally noting the operation that targeted her while FBI was doing other surveillance near her, but I would be surprised if even that made it into the official file. My assumption would be that they are just stonewalling her to slow her down and prevent her from moving on to pursue more effective methods of attack.

There was a legendary agent of the FBI decades back who became obsessed with some massive surveillance operation that targeted him. His final conclusion was that what he was seeing was some sort of military intelligence, maybe Reserve or National Guard, possibly because such would offer some sort of legal workaround under the guise of training, or perhaps under the guise of creating intelligence networks on the orders of governors for use in the event of civil unrest. This would jibe with the book Chameleo, whose protagonist set off across the country to escape his “gangstalkers” and then re-encountered his followers whenever he neared military installations.

It is possible that being FBI, that agent was offering false information as a cover to what was going on, but if not, then even being an FBI agent didn’t help him. Today FBI agents tried to help a mistress of Clinton’s who fell under the machine by giving her advice, but although sympathetic, they were ultimately helpless to aid her.

In Sharyl’s case, I will bet the grassroots FBI would love to break open a case on this, and bring whoever planted classified documents on Sharyl’s computer to justice. But at the end of the day, even the FBI is powerless in this new rule-less American government. When the machine barks orders, even the FBI will ignore the law and deny Sharyl’s requests to protect the machine. I don’t know where this goes, but the trajectory is not encouraging. We can thank the Obama rabbits, and probably the Bushes before him.

Sharyl put together a fascinating timeline of Obama surveillance:

December 2012:

Two intelligence-connected sources separately suggest to Attkisson that she’s likely under government surveillance due to her reporting. One source tells her the government has pushed the envelope like never before and that public would be shocked to “learn the extent that the government is conducting surveillance of private citizens.”

They aren’t talking about keeping a record of what websites everyone is visiting. Electronic monitoring is bothersome, but ultimately something I think everyone suspects goes on anyway. The real thing which will ultimately bring about the crisis will be everything else going on. Personal attacks on individuals by rogue operators, like planting classified documents designed to imprison Sharyl, is not conducive to the long term trust in, and stability of the government. Targeting of individuals for harassment and intimidation absent any judicial oversight or legal justification will cause an uproar someday, if it comes to light. Intervention in the political process will destroy confidence in the government’s already shaky legitimacy. And what happens when you find out the young bucks in the “fraternity house” down the street were actually listening inside your house to every moment of your life for the last eight years will be interesting.

Fortunately, as a target himself, President Trump is fully inoculated against any blowback from this. Because when it hits, I have little doubt it will be cataclysmic, and take down much of the DC establishment and the elites.

There is a weird feel to what is coming. So many powderkegs, from the economic, to the racial, to the loss of civil order, to the loss of supply infrastructure, to the personal debt bombs, to the pension debt bombs, to the pandemic, to the world-war, to the weakness of everyone in the cities who is to face these trials, to the divide between ideologues, to the fissures in the support of the citizenry for government. It would seem when whatever it is hits, everything will detonate at once.

Buckle up, because you will be telling your grandkids about this one, and they won’t blink through the whole thing.

Liberals Prefer Humans Being Preyed Upon

Not all liberal victims are human:

A woman woke up to a mountain lion snatching her dog off of her bed at a Pescadero home early Monday morning, according to deputies…

The woman told deputies she and a child were sleeping in a bedroom with their 15-pound Portuguese Podengo at the foot of the bed.

They had left the bedroom’s French doors partially open to let the dog out…

She looked up at the French doors and saw a shadow of an animal enter the room.

The animal took the small dog from the bed and walked out, she told deputies.

Liberals love these big cats so much they banned all hunting of them. When one periodically eats a jogger, they hop on their high horse and declare it a sacrifice they are willing to make – for their principles.

Liberals prefer human predation. Back when I was a teenager, I actually wondered why no real rabbits ever evolved big fangs, big muscles, and an aggressive attitude capable of killing the hawks and foxes that preyed upon them. I figured such a rabbit would have enjoyed great advantage.

Yet here in our species we already have such aggressive, capable humans, and the r-strategists in our populations are trying to kill them off. If I lived in California I would consider it a sacred, God-given duty to eradicate mountain lions from every single area where their ranges contacted humans. I would not even feel bad about wiping the species out.

When I see people talk about humans eradicating some species or animal population in history, like wolves, I know who did that. That was people like me. I like animals, but if it is them or my own, I would cut through their populations like a buzzsaw, and never feel the slightest pang of guilt.

Even to his day, I have no idea why we don’t put bounties on sharks that loiter near beaches. It is not even like the Sharks have personalities. They are practically killer robots. When I see surfers sitting on boards, with the shadows of sharks beneath them, I feel an almost uncontrollable urge to kill those sharks to protect the humans. Give me a jet ski and some hand grenades already.

Yet I know if I expressed such a view in the company of liberals, they would go apoplectic. They would express some argument about diversity of species, or some consequence to reefs, but those are not arguments. The average liberal knows as much about ecology as they know about fighting. Those would be psychological justifications for the rabbitty urges to see their own people preyed upon by remorseless killing machines.

Which brings me back to the real rabbits I pondered as a kid. I can’t help but wonder if I had been that muscular, fanged rabbit who eradicated predators, whether the r-selected female rabbits would have refused to mate with me – and tried to get a predator to eat me. That way their r-selected genes would never face the danger of a nascent K-strategist bringing K-selection to the species by eradicating the predators who keep population levels down, per capita resource levels high, and the shortage of K-selection at bay.

As I look at leftist humans importing Muslim predators who will prey on their own, I wonder if that modern urge to import Islamists is in fact a modern evolution of some ancient urge that is inherent to the r-strategy – an urge that wants to see the courageous and capable among their own, who want to fight and protect others get killed.

Migrants Are r-strategists – Begging Western Backpackers

Migrants are high in DRD4-7r, the leftist-predisposing gene:

Poverty, sickness and pure survival – just a few reasons why genuinely needy people beg on the streets for money.

But as these images show, the poor in southeast Asia are increasingly being joined by wealthy Western backpackers who are begging simply to fund their trips.

The trend has caused outrage among locals, who say the tourists are taking money from the truly needy in order to finance lifestyle choices many consider a luxury.

Notice also, they don’t care about the poverty stricken locals. They just want free resources so they can continue their own freewheeling adventures. The thing is, it isn’t just an expectation of free resources and a desire to migrate. It is an entire hedonistic psychology, affecting attitudes on sex, responsibility, rearing, and their entire moral framework. These are humans imbued with an entire reproductive strategy that is designed to migrate to areas of free resource availability, in search of free resources.

Migrants are human r-strategists, and human r-strategists are the psychology that gives rise to political leftism.

Facebook Live Killer Worked In Mental Health

I find this interesting:

A MANHUNT has been launched for a “serial killer” who filmed himself shooting a random victim and posted the footage on Facebook…

The victim was 74-year-old Robert Godwin, a father-of-nine, who was walking along a road in Ohio, USA.

Stephens, 37, can be heard saying on the broadcast on Sunday: “Finally found somebody I’m going to kill. I’m going to go kill this old dude.”

He then gets out of his car and walks towards the victim, who is holding a shopping bag.

Mr Godwin tries to shield himself before 6ft 1in Stephens lifts his gun and shoots him. It is believed the video was on Facebook for three hours before it was deleted…

Stephens, who worked as a mental health care manager, blamed the shooting on a woman, believed to be his former partner Joy Lane, and said that he would only stop if she or his mother called him.

I find this case interesting, as the woman has actually said the shooter is the nicest guy she knows. The shooter’s friends also said they are baffled, because they only knew him as an incredibly nice person.

These shootings are amygdala-breakdowns. The amygdala is the source of the rage and drive which produces such extreme behavior. I can’t help but wonder if this guy’s work in a mental health setting could possibly have exposed him to an infective agent which, like T. gondii, preferentially infects the amygdala. That would account for his inability to control his gambling of late, as well as his uncontrollable drive to act out in so illogical a fashion.

I am not making a case for lack of responsibility. This guy needs to be killed, quite obviously. But I do want to make the case that in general you need to stay away from the mentally ill, because it is not impossible that what is afflicting them is not some ephemeral weakness of will or genetic failure. It could be a contagious pathogen. The mind is a machine, and while in theory you can always control your behavior, if parts of the mind break down, it can be incredibly painful, and bordering on impossible to do.

Control your environment, control your destiny.
