Judges try to rein in the Trump Administration:

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked any attempt by the Trump administration to withhold funding from “sanctuary cities” that do not cooperate with U.S. immigration officials, saying the president has no authority to attach new conditions to federal spending.

You see this everywhere. Judges just see the system as a tool to be manipulated, ignored, or overridden. Antifa see free speech as something to shut down. Berkeley politicians see the law as something they only enforce for their own kind’s advantage. Even on the right, filibusters are gone, we’ve begun using executive orders to expedite policy ourselves, and overseas pacts like the Paris Accords get called a treaty so they can be quietly killed in the senate. What used to be an orderly execution of rules we had all agreed to, and blind adherence to law has given way to a raw, manipulative power struggle.

What we are seeing is a breakdown in the amygdala-driven drive to exist within strict structural organizations for a larger purpose, governed by rules, and agreed to by all. If your amygdala is very developed, it processes the rules and guides you to exist within them. You feel comfort in such an environment, because your amygdala’s focus is on the rules. Its tolerance of minor adversity foster’s tolerance for any consequences that arise from adhering to the rules. Those consequences are weighed in the context of the long-term advantages, and then ignored.

These are amygdalae that are breaking down. They can’t tolerate any adversity. The immediate amygdala-discomfort of adversity overwhelms any thoughts of longer-term consequences, and fosters a disregard for the normal civilizational structures. As individuals lose sight of the benefits of the structures, they splinter into ever more hostile factions, and the importance of the structures diminishes even more.

In short, we are already on a path toward savagery, even before you factor in the coming economic apocalypse that will destroy all the structures we are already psychologically predisposed to ignore.

4Chan Creating A Face Database Of Antifa Members

4Chan is one of the major forces today promoting civil order?

When 4chan users are not busy sharing and discussing anime pornography, they can be some of the most efficient crowdsourcing researchers on the web. The /pol/ board in particular was able to find the exact location of an ISIS camp just by clues in a recruitment video. Their research reportedly led to a successful airstrike on the location.

Their new research obsession is antifa, the loose group of anti-fascists, consisting of communists and anarchists, who’ve been wreaking havoc in the Trump era. The group uses violence and black bloc tactics and have been involved in various riots and street clashes with the alt right, most notably in Berkeley, California.

4chan/pol/ are now attempting to create a database of antifa members through a crowdsourced investigation. Most of the legwork is being done by users working together, manually trying to match facial features and clothes to public social media profiles.

They could use the database to identify quickly an antifa member who causes violence against people /pol/ believe to be on their side (/ourguys/) and report them to the police. Some antifa members are professors and teachers, and proof of their violent agitations could be used to get them fired.

Notice even without training, those in the battle are recognizing the power of intel. Up next will be sending infiltrators into Antifa planning sessions with hidden body cams, photography with telephoto lenses at staging areas, running foot and vehicular follows after the protests to follow protestors home, and recruiting and running informants in the organization.

The only downside is you have to be careful.

The obvious downside of these crowdsourced identifying operations is that sometimes they identify the wrong person. After the Boston Marathon bombing, Reddit users attempted to find the bomber, but identified the wrong guy. He was found later, dead in a river, and his mom received death threats on the phone.

You never heard about that in the carefully staged media following the bombings, and it was probably for the best. Hopefully they will be super-careful about IDs, and hedge everything for legal reasons.

Still you have to respect the ingenuity of the new generation and its eagerness to jump into the battle. Nothing will shut down r-strategists like the threat of 4Chan’ers taking away their jobs, eliminating their resources, and upending their lives.

Swedish Leftists Still Desire More Migrants

Once again, same old, same old:

The mood on migration in Sweden appears to have shifted dramatically this year, with a majority of people now saying they want the Nordic nation to take in fewer asylum seekers…

By contrast, Swedes asked the same question in 2015 were almost evenly split on the issue — 40 per cent said they felt the country should be receiving fewer asylum seekers, whilst 37 per cent wanted to see the influx continue.

Supporters of the Sweden Democrats were the most keen to see migrant flows slowed, with 96 per cent of respondents who back the anti-mass immigration party saying the country should cut numbers.

The mood amongst Moderate party voters towards Sweden’s generous migration policies appears to have undergone a massive change. Whilst just 42 per cent wanted to see fewer asylum seekers in 2015, that number soared to 64 per cent amongst respondents to the latest survey.

Social Democrat supporters also seem to have grown cynical of importing and granting residence to huge numbers of people from the Middle East and Africa, with 42 per cent of the governing party’s backers now wanting to see migrant numbers cut, compared to 29 per cent in 2015.

Enthusiasm for mass migration remains strong on the far left of the political spectrum, however, with just 13 per cent of those who vote for the Green party and the Left party advocating the country take in fewer asylum seekers.

This isn’t by chance. It isn’t just a coincidence that leftists see some logical argument that happens to support migration that the right has missed. This is a programmed suite of deeply rooted subconscious urges.

It is the same on the right. There, deeply rooted instinctual urges drive a wariness of migrants in general. Tell the right you want to import a few thousand responsible, high IQ, happy K-selected Chinese immigrants, and they would still be wary due to competitive urges. Of course part of the left’s suite of urges is to import low IQ, violent, sexually aggressive migrants, which are exactly the opposite types of migrants the right might almost tolerate.

Leftism is an r-selected survival and reproductive strategy, designed to destroy the K-selected psychologies in their populations by importing conflict-prone individuals in the hope the K-strategists will be killed in fights with them.

And clearly it is something the Establishment Cuckservatives have in common with the left, for the same reasons.

Nancy Pelosi Amygdala Overloaded

A good video people are talking about that shows amygdala beginning to intrude on cognitive function:

Nancy Pelosi’s mission on Tuesday was to give a brief speech and not renew questions about her health.

She couldn’t do it.

During Pelosi’s brief 7-minute speech to Refugees International, the House Democratic Leader garbled names, other words and even mispronounced countries.

It is unusual for her, as she is a well practiced public speaker, and it was at a function where she was being honored by her own kind. Both should have contributed to a smooth speech.

It is tough to say what happened. She might just have a weakened amygdala that is beginning to break down with age and stress, and the stress of public speaking here was too much. It is possible she is under a lot of stress due to President Trump, or some other stressor we don’t know about. Or it could just have been lack of sleep.

The point is that this is the sign of high amygdala interfering with focus. Detecting amygdala is an important skill when dealing with leftists in public settings. When you see these little indices, that is the time to apply a little extra amygdala hijack, and watch as things begin to break down.

AP Reveals New Superbug Fungus Is South American

Where could this have possibly come from:

A ‘superbug’ fungus is emerging as a new menace in U.S. hospitals, mostly in New York and New Jersey.

First identified in Japan in 2009, the fungus has spread to more than a dozen countries around the globe. The oldest of the 66 cases reported in the U.S. dates back to 2013, but most were reported in the last year…

A study presented at a CDC conference this week detailed how researchers traveled to South America to help investigate an outbreak in three Colombian cities. They found the fungus on surfaces in hospital rooms and on the skin of nurses and patients – even after patients were treated with antifungal medications.

That Japanese case probably landed in Japan from South America. Oddly enough Japan does a lot of shipping traffic with South America, and there is significant travel between them, as well a longstanding history of diplomatic relations. You can actually learn some Japanese martial arts on the docks down there, just screwing around with the crews who are killing time between voyages.

It was probably identified in Japan only because it seemed unusual there. Had it killed the same person in South America they would have just diagnosed it as another person killed by “That weird flesh-rot thing.”

But this was interesting:

On Tuesday, state health officials provided new details about the 44 cases in New York. Aside from one case in Rochester, all were in New York City… Seventeen New York patients died…

I’d love to know the percentage of gay patients. If that is in the gay population, it is spreading like crazy and developing its powers to overcome human immune systems in the HIV carriers. That is why we are seeing an acceleration of it, and why almost 40% of those who catch it die. It would be interesting how many of that 40% had poorly controlled HIV. Beware of the gay population when the Apocalypse hits, and start avoiding them even before then. An asymptomatic case of this is literally a handshake away right now, and once you have it, it may just need a slightly weakened state to break out. I’d be careful around medical professionals too.

r always turns into K. The more r you have, the more fervently that r is doing stupid things like importing diseased savages from every pathogen-filled hellhole on the globe. As it does that, the more that r is sealing its fate in the process.

I am convinced the most beautiful era in humanity was the Renaissance, following the Black Plague. Imagine today if every Antifa protester, every LGBTQNBC activist, every global warming asshole, every whiny liberal, every welfare queen, and all the other rabbits just disappeared in the space of a few years. Imagine the ascendance of the nation, unfettered by the whining and obstructionism of those fools.

No more “white privilege” complaints, no attacks on police, no demands to oppress the successful. Just a harmonious population free to do whatever it wanted and strive wherever it could.

It probably seems almost as unimaginable today, as it did in the depths of the Dark Ages. But things do change just that fast, and irony of ironies, it is the rabbits striving to make this one happen.

Liberals Begin Strategy Of Flash Anarchy

The mob that just muscled their way into the lobby of the Heritage Foundation must have missed Obama’s lecture. When those partisans pushed past security onto private property, they signaled that the liberal resistance has given up on unity. Quite simply, division is the new goal.

More than a tantrum, this is a significant shift in the direction of the reiterating protests that have continued non-stop since Trump took office. If the Women’s and Science Marches were about uniting around gender equality and empiricism, the Heritage stunt was about terrifying unsuspecting four-eyed, pencil-pushing conservative policy experts.

Around 200 protestors flooded into Heritage’s Capitol Hill headquarters an hour before noon Tuesday, screaming that they were going to shut down the think tank. While opposition to Trump’s budget was the headline of the demonstration, they didn’t let that stifle their creativity…

Regardless of the mixed messaging, the bottom line was simple. They swarmed into Heritage because they didn’t like the ideas the think tank produced.

Flash Anarchy. Those will eventually turn violent. Watch how fast the cucks line up behind the alt-right once they realize they need Based Stickman and his armored phalanx to survive. Expect Heritage to begin recruiting the muscle of the alt-right to “broaden” the think tank’s perspectives just as soon as that flash anarchy turns violent.

This is how the K-shift progresses. As K-selection kicks in, the stronger leftists will seek their free victories by targeting their attacks on the weak among the right. They are not going to target the Alt-right guys in Nike batting helmets with clubs and crazy looks in their eyes. They are going to live tweet when they see George Will out and about, and the flashmob will show up to attack him.

As that happens, watch how fast the Cucks get on board with the new right and begin cheering the Trumpinator to secure their in-group status. In K-selection nobody is going to be stabbing their in-group in the back for “principle” when that may get them ejected.

Andrea Tantaros Gets Surveillance Gaslighting

Another case:

Former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros stepped up her fight with her ex-employer, claiming in a new lawsuit filed Monday that the cable network targeted both her and Newsmax Media’s CEO.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, claims that Tantaros was a victim of so-called “sock puppet” attacks — a social media harassment campaign — as well as electronic surveillance that mirrored the plot of an episode of the Showtime TV hit espionage series “Homeland…”

In June, one of her close friends was hospitalized for a scorpion bite, which she discussed with friends by telephone, according to the lawsuit.

Soon after, one of the claimed sockpuppet accounts tweeted an ad for the 1957 movie “The Black Scorpion.” The same month, Tantaros and her mother had a phone conversation discussing the anniversary of her brother’s 2013 death. Another sockpuppet account tweeted “PURPLE MEMORIAL … FOR DANIEL TANTAROS, R.I.P. DANIEL.”

Tantaros claims the social media postings were intended “to emotionally devastate her and make her concerned about her physical safety.”

Fox claims the surveillance allegations made in the Tantaros suit are not true.

Notice, they wanted her to know they are listening, so they present private info to her openly online to let her know.

She is assuming it is FOX. I have no idea if that is accurate, though I doubt it. There are three main possibilities. One is that this is purely private sector, such as FOX. The other is that the surveillance industry is some sort of government/private-sector hybrid. Government wants deniability for government ops, so it contracts with private sector firms and gives them pseudo-government authority, and those private sector firms then rent out their abilities to the highest bidder on the side, essentially selling government authority for additional income above their government contracts. The final possibility is this is some sort of elite/establishment-run government agency that is in the early stages of applying intimidation to the general populace, maybe as some sort of first step in a transition of our government from an ostensible representative republic, to something more overtly controlled by the elites. We might be the frogs in the warming pot of water. It is not impossible we could progress to some sort of official oligarchy very quickly in the next couple of decades.

I think it is safe to assume that this is not Law Enforcement. If it was Law Enforcement with some new super-powerful surveillance tool, they would limit it tremendously, because exposure of it would destroy all their criminal cases by calling into question how every piece of evidence was gathered. I would assume law enforcement would strive to not let criminals notice this, let alone send gratuitous head-fucking tweets to regular citizens and media types saying, “Ha Ha! You’re wiretapped, and we’re listening!” It would be purely a shadow-tech that even those in the know would deny amongst themselves. I would also expect high ranking LE who were overseeing it to be highly paranoid about exposure. Even more, I have never known anyone in Law Enforcement who would wantonly target any regular citizen using their authority. It may happen, but those are outliers. Most guys in LE get in to protect or eradicate evil.

This is different. This seems to have an institutional desire to want everyone to know and be cowed, and not care about what might happen in the law enforcement world if it were made public or widely known. If it all becomes public some day, I don’t even expect it to be shocking, so much as a fascinating story, the plot of which I cannot even begin to fathom.

Unfortunately Andrea may have more asshole-puckering experiences coming, as she begins to find more aggressive intimidation on the way. I hope she has the mindset to endure. I wonder how many other FOX news babes have been scratching their heads at inexplicable coincidences in their lives, and thinking it was their rebuffing of advances by Ailes or Murdoch.

I think the single best way to deal with these things is to have no expectations to violate. If you expect a government that is subordinate to its citizenry and which abides by all the rules you have been conditioned to expect, this would be indescribably stressful. But if you accept that anything is possible, and that there is no reason for any of what you have been told to be true, you can view the entire experience as an education in what the true reality of the world is. I want to know the truth, and I almost expect everyone who has tried to explain how things work to be wrong. That is why I can look at this with a sense of zen. Of course, you also have to accept that fate has it’s path, and whatever it is, you are taking the ride. They could irradiate you, poison you, or do any number of things, and there is only so much you can do to avoid it.

Still, a troubling development. Especially since things tend to follow a trajectory. I think one safe bet is this will not be static. It might pay for everyone to take trips to the foreign country of their choice as soon as they can. If things get hot, those at the tip of the trend may need to cool their heels in an officially denied area until things are safer in the US.

Who’d have thought a decade ago that those who love freedom might be applying for asylum in Russia one day?

“Female Gentital Mutilation” Term Is Culturally Loaded

I was briefly puzzled by this one:

A top New York Times editor decided the paper shouldn’t use the term “female genital mutilation” because the phrase is too “culturally loaded” and widens a divide between the Western world and “people who follow the rite.”

Health and Science editor Celia Dugger said she came to the conclusion to refer to the act of removing the female genitalia of young girls as “genital cutting” during a trip to Africa in the 1990s. She spoke about her decision in a Times mailbag article in response to a reader’s question.

“I never minced words in describing exactly what form of cutting was involved, and there are many gradations of severity, and the terrible damage it did, and stayed away from the euphemistic circumcision, but chose to use the less culturally loaded term, genital cutting,” Dugger wrote. “There’s a gulf between the Western (and some African) advocates who campaign against the practice and the people who follow the rite, and I felt the language used widened that chasm.”

I think this is an attempt to reduce the amygdala triggering produced by the term, because of a fear that amygdala triggering could make people view migrants who mutilate children’s genitals negatively. What I didn’t get was how “genital cutting” was less amygdala stimulating than “genital mutilation.” To me, “genital cutting” may be worse than “genital mutilation.”

It makes me wonder if the term “cutting” is less amygdala-triggering among the hard left, because they associate it with a positive sensation. Girls who “cut” do so for a dopamine rush that relieves stress. To them cutting is trendy and hip – a way SJW’s try to out-do each other in the insanity Olympics which they use to bond. It makes me wonder if this editor was one the of the trendy girls who cut herself when she was a kid, and thus to her the term “cutting” has a completely different set of emotional associations in the amygdala.

As a result she thinks that using the term genital cutting will recast the concept as a sort of trendy, fashionable pastime among modernized African Muslims looking to relax, rather than a barbaric practice that ruins young girl’s lives forever.

Notice how the left is less concerned with logical realities, than they are with the immediate emotional response triggered by terminology. That is because they spend their lives seeing their amygdalae assailed by emotional triggers evoked by the terms they hear. We say something harmless, and they see a purposeful dogwhistle that hits their amygdala like a thunderbolt. When words trigger amygdalae, you will become much more focused on how that happens, and how to try and manipulate the effect in others.

To us, genital mutilation, genital cutting – it is all the same. But not to the left. It tells us something about how their mind works, and how they process incoming data. It also tells us how their prior experience and rabbit drives can desensitize them to the same words and ideas which shock and horrify us.

They really are a different species.

Somali Immigrants Complain About Feeling Unsafe

Now this is diversity in America:

Members of Minneapolis’ Somali-American community say one of their main business districts — often referred to as “The Somali Mall” — is so ridden with crime, they no longer feel safe.

Located at 24th Street East and home to dozens of businesses, more than 100 911 calls have been placed from the location since last October, according to police records. Problems include assaults, thefts, fights, and property damage…

“Everybody is saying this place is not safe,” Hali Mohamud said through an interpreter.

Others explained the security concerns are emblematic of larger problems in the Somali-American community, including a high unemployment rate and widespread poverty.

“We don’t get any help,” Murio Khayre said, also through an interpreter.

It seems magic dirt doesn’t work as advertised. We imported Somalians intending to turn them all into brilliant masters of science and the arts, and all we got was our own little Mogadishu in return. Someday, the verdict of history will so ridicule the stupidity of modern leftism, it is beyond belief. How could anyone not realize that when the average IQ of your people is 69, and your entire history is of creating failed regimes, you are not designed for modern civilization.

This is a great way to keep immigrants from migrating though. If the place they are heading to is less safe than the place they came from, they will not migrate. To that end, immigration from third world countries is a self-limiting problem.

The only problem is a part of your nation has to be turned into a third world hell-hole before the migration begins to abate. Still, if you can keep that part small and isolated, and send all the migrants there, it will provide significant advantage in stemming the flow early on, until the Apocalypse hits and you can muster the political will to send them all back.

NY Times Says Free Speech Is Overrated

Leftist logic says, anyone who disagrees with me is oppressing my freedom:

Lyotard shifted attention away from the content of free speech to the way certain topics restrict speech as a public good. Some things are unmentionable and undebatable, but not because they offend the sensibilities of the sheltered young. Some topics, such as claims that some human beings are by definition inferior to others, or illegal or unworthy of legal standing, are not open to debate because such people cannot debate them on the same terms.

The recent student demonstrations at Auburn against Spencer’s visit — as well as protests on other campuses against Charles Murray, Milo Yiannopoulos and others — should be understood as an attempt to ensure the conditions of free speech for a greater group of people, rather than censorship. Liberal free-speech advocates rush to point out that the views of these individuals must be heard first to be rejected. But this is not the case. Universities invite speakers not chiefly to present otherwise unavailable discoveries, but to present to the public views they have presented elsewhere. When those views invalidate the humanity of some people, they restrict speech as a public good.

In such cases there is no inherent value to be gained from debating them in public. In today’s age, we also have a simple solution that should appease all those concerned that students are insufficiently exposed to controversial views. It is called the internet, where all kinds of offensive expression flourish unfettered on a vast platform available to nearly all.

The great value and importance of freedom of expression, for higher education and for democracy, is hard to underestimate. But it has been regrettably easy for commentators to create a simple dichotomy between a younger generation’s oversensitivity and free speech as an absolute good that leads to the truth. We would do better to focus on a more sophisticated understanding, such as the one provided by Lyotard, of the necessary conditions for speech to be a common, public good. This requires the realization that in politics, the parameters of public speech must be continually redrawn to accommodate those who previously had no standing.

The rights of transgender people for legal equality and protection against discrimination are a current example in a long history of such redefinitions. It is only when trans people are recognized as fully human, rather than as men and women in disguise, as Ben Carson, the current secretary of housing and urban development claims, that their rights can be fully recognized in policy decisions.

The idea of freedom of speech does not mean a blanket permission to say anything anybody thinks. It means balancing the inherent value of a given view with the obligation to ensure that other members of a given community can participate in discourse as fully recognized members of that community. Free-speech protections — not only but especially in universities, which aim to educate students in how to belong to various communities — should not mean that someone’s humanity, or their right to participate in political speech as political agents, can be freely attacked, demeaned or questioned.

Let the right assert itself violently and I would bet his view on violent speech protests would change.

The battle between left and right is always a battle between the fantasies allowed when reality can be easily denied and held at bay, and the realities which emerge when reality asserts itself, culls away the excess, and allows no denial.

The problem is that when you are in r-selection there is still only one truth, while the opposition has millions of lies they can choose from. As it progresses, K-strategists increasingly find themselves in a world that makes no sense. While they are discomfited by that confusion, the r-strategists seem to settle down comfortably as they fluff all the lies around them.

They don’t call their ideological leader the father of lies for nothing.
